Element Care Appoints Greg Wilmot to Board of Directors, Bolstering Strategic Leadership

Lynn, MA – February 26, 2026 – Element Care, a leading Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) and managed care provider for Senior Care Options (SCO), is pleased to announce the appointment of Greg Wilmot to its Board of Directors. Greg is an accomplished health care leader with over 25 years in the health care industry, renowned for driving strategic growth and innovation in care delivery. He is also recognized for advancing health equity, including the expansion of numerous health care programs and clinical facilities in the greater Boston community, resulting in improved access for underserved populations.

Greg is the CEO and founder of PrimePoint Health, a consulting firm that partners with health care systems to strategically respond to the opportunities and challenges facing health care organizations. Previously, Greg served as President and CEO of NeighborHealth, where he led one of the largest community-based primary care health systems in Massachusetts, overseeing 2,000 staff members, 120,000 patients and an annual operating revenue of $275+ million. Under his leadership, NeighborHealth experienced record revenue growth, national recognition for its quality performance, and historic gains in patient experience.

Greg also serves as a member of various boards and agencies including CapitalLink, East Boston Social Centers, Community Servings, and The Women’s Lunch Place. Additionally, Greg served on the Boston Board of Health and Board of Trustees for Boston Medical Center Health System. Greg is a founding member of the Health Equity Compact.

Greg’s appointment reflects Element Care’s ongoing commitment to bringing experienced, mission-driven healthcare leaders to its Board of Directors. His extensive background in community health, health system leadership, and PACE will help support Element Care’s continued growth and long-term impact across Massachusetts.

PACE is a federally funded health care program that offers a range of services including preventive, primary, acute and long-term care.
