Element Care PACE is a featured partner in the Solimine House, a new 150-unit affordable senior housing development on Lynnfield Street in Lynn set to open in fall 2027, with a dedicated PACE center, named after co-developer Magnolia Contreras, providing health and home care resources to low-income adults over 55 directly on campus. The development, a collaboration between the Solimine family, 2Life Communities, and Element Care, is designed to keep Lynn’s older residents rooted in their community with seamless access to the coordinated care and social connection that PACE provides.
