#1 / First step is to contact your software vendor to obtain the 835/ERA
#2 / If your software vendor cannot provide it, contact Change Healthcare at: 1 (866) 742-4355 Opt. 5 for directions
#3 / If you do not have a software vendor, then contact the sales department at Change Healthcare to learn about your options for 835/ERA at 1 (866) 817-3813.
