When you join PACE at Element Care, you become a member of one of our PACE Adult Day Health Centers. Many of your health care services and medical appointments will take place right at the PACE Adult Day Health Center. It is also a welcoming place where you can make new friends, try new activities, join groups, have lunch, and participate in special events. Attending the Adult Day Health Center for social activities is not mandatory for every participant, like your medical care, PACE ADH attendance is personalized for everyone.
